Description
When the Hoard attacked the Sedi Federation it came fast, and without warning. Sendrin III was the first world to fall. As a small colony on the edge of Sedi space, the world was only defended by a small detachment of combat ships: 10 Mars Model capital battleships, 37 Dipo Model light corvettes, and 128 Svip Model heavy gunships.

The Hoard launched a coordinated attack against every ship group simultaneously. If you were lucky, you never knew what happened. If you were unlucky, you had the privilege of watching in horror as the ships around you were smashed to smithereens by ramming ships that came from nowhere and your point defense turrets were overwhelmed by a rapidly growing drone swarm. Needless to say, the battle for Sedrin III was lost before it began, leaving ground forces and civilians to whatever fate the Hoard had in store.
