Description Okay, so this isn't a unique idea, in fact it's a little overdone maybe... but no one can say they've tried it with my Nan's hands, and that is something as unique as they come.

of course its unique, anything you produce is uniquely produced from your own creativity and of course no one thinks the same as you. so naturally, its uniquely beautiful. hands, old, wrinkle, age, time, endless, age, bond, life, love, experience. all these and more have been captured time and time again but i don't think i've ever seen a better portrayal. the detail is wonderful, it doesnt look airbrushed or 'photoshoped' like so many other images captured by artists, and this appeals to me greatly. it evokes a lot of thought in me personally. i wonder what the face looks like, what the thoughts were, if she was laughing as u captured this image, what work her hands had known... its a pretty amazing portrait of ur nan. maybe i respond so strongly to your image because i have a uniquely special bond to a nan of my own. regardless, i think its beautiful. the composition is excellent, but it is her ring that truely gives this image that special personality that makes it picturesque... i dont have to tell you i like it .. i love it!! i hope to see more work from you. You have a good eye for photography, and ur drawings are spectacular as well.

What can I say... Thank you!

Coming from someone who has such a gallery as yours, your comment is very flattering.

no your right it isnt unique, but it sure turned out well, nice overtone, it really add to the 'decay' of aging hands.

My Nan would kill me before letting me post any other photo of her, so being clichΓ© had to suffice.
Thanks for the comment.
