damn near didn't release this at all cause its practically plagiarism, but what isn't? i just wanted to go for somethinga little more flashy then my norm. i kinda like it

---comes in 4 styles, thick and thin + full and compact menu.
to set thick borders choose the corresponding sub style from the appearance tab in display properties. next, click the advanced button and from the drop menu select "active window border"; set it to 5. apply the theme---
wallpaper is something i put together. i included a copy in the zip. and the foobar skin is a heavily modified version of lassekongo83s fooStriped [link]
i may release it after i clean up the code a bit
