I really mostly just like older style visual kei bands, like the ones that have all disbanded. But Asagi from D is really one of the exceptions and I think he is one of the most skilled vocalists of the genre ever. He is up there with Gackt on my list.I got really lazy with this drawing, especially when I got toward the hair. I wish I had centered the drawing more so I wouldn't have had to cut off his other hand. I rushed on this at the end because I really haven't finished a drawing in a while and just wanted something done.

That's an awesome portrait of him! β₯ Asagi is always difficult for me to draw when half of his face is hidden. I realy like the roughness of the strokes too, much more than oversmoothed shading. So very well done!

looks like you used up your 8B pencil for this! I love to draw dark but I use up my dark pencils so fast XP

Yeah, that was most likely the case. Dark areas can add a lot of drama, so it's good in that way.
