An Ordinary Day With A Twist

It as 7:35, now waking was a dark blue hedgehog.
Rising from the bed he rubbed his eyes and yawned.
Turning to his stereo nearby he closed the top down and presses play.
The song began to play with the hedgehog singing along while walking into the bathroom.
After taking a shower and 4 songs had been on the hedgehog dried and brushed his quills.
He got dressed into his usual red and white running shoes along with a dark blue pair of jeans and a white t—shirt.
Had his breakfast and brushed his teeth.

It had now turned 8:05.

“Shit im gonna miss the bus”

Speeding out of the house and waving his mum goodbye he waited for the bus to arrive.
Once it did he wasn’t welcomed with hellos but with hatred no one liked the hedgehog they all thought he was a pest all because he had befriended the nerd of the school.
Over all the whispers and laughs he could hear one pleased voice.

“Over here Sonic”

“Hey Tails”

Both greeted each other with a wave.
Sonic sat down beside Tails and they both started to talk about the usual homework, girls and some more crap before Tails brought up something new.

“Hey Sonic did you hear about that mysterious gold armoured hedgehog that flying around saving people?”

“Yeh I heard a few things. Why?”

“Because everyone ones been talking about him and how cool he is”

“Really?”

“Yeh they say he flies round with this talking sword saving everyone”

“I know they say he’s a dashingly handsome hedgehog under all that armour.”

“Sonic have you been drinking again?”

“No. Why’d you ask that?”

“No ones seen under the amour Sonic.”

Just then Sonic went quiet staring out the window.
He’d heard a sound almost like some one screaming HELP.
He wasn’t hearing things there was someone screaming.

*Whisper* “Why now?”

“Huh what was that Sonic?”

“Oh nothing Tails”

“Sonic.”

“Yeh?”

“You sure because your all jumpy?”

“Tails look I left something at home I need to get of the bus.”

“What did you leave at home Sonic?”

“Well, I uh, uh, my science homework, yeh that’s it my Science homework.”

“Sonic we haven’t got Science today.”

“Um….”

“Sonic something wrong with you in the past week you’ve started skipping lessons turning up late, tired”

“Tails I just have something on my mind right now ok.”

“Sonic im your best friend I have rights to know what’s going on.”

“Whatever.”

“But Sonic…”

Sonic stood up crossed arms and looking dead at Tails.
The bus became silent as all eyes were on them.

“LOOK TAILS YOU WOULDN’T UNDERSTAND NOW DROP IT OK IM NOT SICK IVE NEVER BEEN BETTER SO JUST SHUT UP AND GET OF MY CASE.”

Sonic quickly walked to the front of the bus and turned to the driver.

“Can you stop the bus?”

“I could but im not going to so go back to your seat and sit down.”

Sonic gave a tight grip on the drivers shoulder with all eyes on him every one grew scared

“Look buddy unless you stop this bus pretty quickly someone’s gonna get hurt and I don’t want that to happen.”

Every one was in shock as the bus came to a halt.
As soon as the doors opened Sonic sped out.
No one had seen him run like that before so all gasped a few girls fainted like they would when they chipped a nail.
Tails still sat there in shock while Sonic continued to run.
Running into a dark alley Sonic took of his bag and grabbed what seemed to be a metal glove.
Placing it on his hand a sword appeared in front of him.

“Greeting Sir Sonic”

“Hey Caliburn”

Sonic grabbed a hold of the sword and instantly his body was covered in golden armour.
