That's sort of true for me except, it's the boy who has a crush on me and when he walks through the doors of assembly, almost half of the students in the room are looking back at me with weird faces. (The rumour about his crush on me has spread around the school like wild fire, even the teachers know about it.)

I hate when people do that. I once had a crush on a boy in primary school (I'm in the uk), this girl who claims to be be my friend, promised she wouldn't tell, but the next they that boy was giving my disgusted looks. That's when I learned that the girl told him.
After that, I've never trust anyone with my secrets and I've lost all interest in dating.
