I'd be lying if I didn't say this wasn't a re-imagining of Sonic's 06 render pose. I know a lot of the early 2000's games tried to have a distinct style to them with cover art/visuals, so this was me spitballing what 06 might have tried to go for.I definitely think I might try and experiment a bit more, maybe with more a watercolor style since the story/elements have a definite Final Fantasy/Nomura vibe to it? I think this is a good place to start from, though.

This is a really amazed by how awesome this drawing of Sonic is that you have done! I really love that you did that pose from Sonic 06! He looks so epic!
I so love the outlining, along with the colouring, the shadings and highlights, and the green glow from the back of his shoes!
