Actually if this meant to parody the idea of tragic tale of the episode Electric Solider Porygon, this is false. The sesiure effects was true, but it wasn't porygon that caused it. People only assumed it was him because it his staring episode ( a common & understandable misconception). Actually the effect was caused by Pikachu. ... yeah... think about that for a moment.
