With my villain design contest, I decided to add one more villain into the fray for NeoF. Here is Emerald, or so I shall call her until I can come up with a better name. There already is one in the canon, but I haven't found a green gemstone I like well enough to name her after.stock from

With the roses at her hips and the green hair she looks like a Jupiter relation.
