In my ultra verse, Goku and Turles is in fact brothers.

However, Goku does not know it, cause Turles views him as a disgrace to the saiyan race, and thus refuses to tell him that they are siblings. Vegeta does not know it either since he don't know Turles that much. Raditz does know about it, but he never said anything about it when he meet his younger brother
