The point is that they don't HAVE to look real when they can fire blasts of mystical energy.
Though that makes me curious...if Linkara took all those Magic Guns, he would either be unbeatable or all of his friends would have a partner of their own.

Or... taking the higher ground, he would return them to their rightful owners... or release the spirits within them.

I mean, isn't it the whole theme of the current arc? Linkara's balance between good and evil is getting out of control, now he just got a second chance, he has to do it.
Unless... and that's pure speculation but also in accord to Linkara's MO, maybe the gunslinger ISN'T evil. Think about it, his guns do work, he might be just a hero trying to acquire power for some reason, like Linkara himself would.

So...did he take the magic guns from villains? I mean... Margret (the spirit of Linkara's gun) killed her evil parents because of what they did to her, and the gun came into contact with someone good.
So...you think the guns were originally belonging to some bad guys?

Or other good guys, that he took away from almost the same reason, taking them for a greater good mission.

Though maybe he could also be...Linkara's Decendent! Seriously, the guy could be Linkara's great-grandson from the future or something.

Nah, that would be good, but the Gunslinger had not idea who Linkara was in the first place, and he showed he's from a different universe, wuth different passing of time from hours. He just got back there, and three months have already passed in hour world... though he's fixing it.
And, strangely, our universe is toxic to him - reason for why he got the hell away so fast... "stragely-er", that is what also (almost) happened to Vyce, as well.

Hm. He did say he knew Vyce... he was even surprised Linkara "tangoed" with Vyce and survived, even greater shock, won against him and the Entity. But he was not afraid of him, so it means that the Gunslinger is either on the same level of Vyce in power, or that he never was defeated or caught by Vyce, so the guy is really smart.
