I finally finished it!!!!!!!!!

This character here is an OC from a story that is still inside my head and my notes., She still doesn't have a name though., I'm really waiting for a drawing tablet so that I can start drawing my manga.,(I'm savin' for it) Coz' im so lazy when it comes to writing., 6 chapters and I'm done., manga is more preferable for me., and you may be wondering why the title is "dream girl OC", the story is about dreams(as in ambitions) and this girl here is a member of the dream society, a society that is assigned to the people's dreams in order to attain world development.,(sorry for the short explanation)^^

anyway, I worked hard for the background., (I've still got a long way when it comes to backgrounds)
