Page 2 of the first chapter.

Since the artist comments in the first page were so long, I decided to save some for this one.

The story is set between Origins and Awakening, because I felt I had to tell what were they doing in those 6 months. And the idea, as in the story, came to me from a dream I actually had, in which Yllwenn was back with Valendrian. It was me who woke up and wondered "But... wasn't Valendrian taken away by Tevinter slavers?" I mean, in the City Elf Origin, instead of Valendrian, you save Cyrion, the City Elf father, so Valendrian somehow disappears of the story... And that seemed quite an interesting start point for me... so the story just came alone after that.
