Description
Thought I'd take a crack at this, got nothing else to do! I know some characters like Ashe or Wrecking Ball aren't on this, but I didn't feel like adding them myself since I was lazy. Any who, let me describe this colorful cast to you in two sentences or less, enjoy!

Offense Players:
Doomfist - Terry Crews (specifically the Old Spice version): This was the guy that deserved to be Doomfist, and I mean that literally.
Genji - Rayla (The Dragon Prince): She's got the blades and reflexes like a ninja, while having the somewhat awkwardness like the original Genji. In my eyes, perfect fit.
Mccree - Dennis (Spongebob Squarepants): Think of him like the original but just cutting to the case immediately. And that he's also a fish.
Pharah - Wonder Woman (Any version will do, just felt like putting the DCSHG one here): We needed a strong here, and what better woman to do it than an Amazonian? Makes the weapons and suit she'd be getting kinda pointless though.
Reaper - Vladimir Makarov (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series): Been wanting the use this guy for a while. I mean he's like Reaper since he kills people no problem and even tried to nuke all of Europe at one point, he's just missing the edginess.
Soldier 76 - Shiro (Voltron: Legendary Defender): Space dad for grumpy soldier dad.
Sombra - Carmen Sandiego (Any version of her can work for this): The red probably wouldn't help her hide well, but then again good luck catching her.
Tracer - Gwenpool: Both don't know when to shut their yaps but know how to have a good time and annoy people around them. It fits!

Defense
Bastion - Johnny 5 (Short Circuit): A compassionate robot who wants to fit in but will tear your head off if you anger him enough. Yep, sounds like Bastion.
Hanzo - Master Splinter (TMNT 2012 version): Best thing about this "Hanzo" is that he wouldn't kill his brother (or Rayla in this instance) for any contrived reasons.
Junkrat - Morshu (CDI ZELDA): He ain't skinny but he definitely use bombs!
Mei - Velma Dinkley (Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated version): Let's have a Mei who isn't afraid to throw some snark at her teammates. A lot of snark.
Torbjorn - Rubeus Hagrid (Harry Potter): A taller "Torbjorn", because let's make things bigger for comedic effect.
Widowmaker - Demona (Gargoyles): If the sniper won't work, then she'll just dive bomb her victims and kill them a more horrific way.

Tank
D.VA - Giffany (Gravity Falls): I'm sure having a crazy A.I. girl controlling a MEKA won't have any bad consequences, right?
Orisa - Blue Diamond (Steven Universe): Like Johnny 5 she can as kind as a puppy, but wipe you off the planet the moment she sees you as a threat.
Reinhardt - The Scotsman (Samurai Jack): He's a tough guy, if his weapons don't kill you, his shouting will.
Roadhog - Kingpin (Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse): We need someone bigger than Morshu. Also I'm sure Kingpin can let loose at times and go biking on a motorcycle like a lunatic.
Winston - Dragonite (Pokemon): I want a Dragonite that can talk like "Winston", I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to see that.
Zarya - Scorpia (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power): Do you see those hands? She can clobber you without breaking a sweat...that is if she wants to.

Support
Ana - War Doctor (Doctor Who): This Doctor not only can heal people but also pick up a gun and start shooting unlike the others. Actually I'm not sure if this incarnation even heals people to be honest...
Brigitte - Stahl (Fire Emblem: Awakening): This guy is more adorable than "Brigitte", I'm sure he'd be loved a bit more and receive less hate.
Lucio - Neon Katt (RWBY): This girl needs more work and love. I know the show won't use her for anything else since she's already used up.
Mercy - Rosalina (Super Mario Bros): Forget an Angel, let's have God herself be a healer for everyone!
Moira - Iron Queen (Sonic Comics from Archie): Just putting out some more unrecognizable faces for personal reasons! This woman can heal other by using cybernetics among other things...don't ask.
Symmetra - Chell (Portal): She can make portals, bring out turrets, do more than Symmetra ever could, she's perfect! Or is she...nah I have no complaints.
Zenyatta - Uncle Iroh (Avatar: The Last Airbender): Good old Iroh...
