This is Celia Bay, the Water Protector.
She is a very happy type of character. She’s willing to do a lot for her friends, even if it’s to her detriment. However she can be very gullible. It will take her a bit to realize that she’s being used or that certain information is false. Even then if she does catch on to the fact that she is being used she will properly respond by throwing a tidal wave.
Her weapon is a Trident Lance. She uses it in combination with her powers creating a mixed fighting style that includes stabbing, swiping, and water based attacks. Celia is powerful enough to create whirlpools, typhoons, tidal waves, and so on. Though she is powerful, she tends to stay in the underwater city in the ocean. When ever she wants to go on land she takes some ocean water with her in the canteen she carries around. She uses the water in the canteen to traverse on land.
