Description

Another fan-art of the 2012 2D/3D Short film “Paperman”, inspired by DA pictures made by (Also, Eadge, I’ll stop tagging you after this when it comes to Paper-Man spoofs). Instead of just playing a pun with the word “Man” (like I was going to do again with an idea I’ll do later), I decided to just cross the characters Meg and George with another popular franchise, and that one is… “The Chronicles of Narnia”.

I made George a faun (who appears resemble Mr. Tumnus as portrayed by James McAvoy) and Meg a Centaur (or Centauress). I did my best to combine both George’s and Tumnus’ hair, and it worked. However, Meg’s didn’t turn out so great, although her lips aren’t as bad as in my previous PM picture. Also, I had to use an animation I did for reference on the horse bod she has ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7UBw-… ). I based the settings around the Walden Media films (2005’s The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe- and 2008’s Prince Caspian. And yeah, I like that third film that FOX distributed after Disney dropped the series, but… well.. You know). I placed the settings in the winter-covered snow forest, with the Lamppost, as well as a Telmerine Castle. I used sharpie and pencil to make it “almost” perfect, and no colors were used- since the short itself is black, white, and grey.
