So yeah some character who are classifed as reploid although some are special cases.
Aria is classifed as one although she predate when Megaman X blueprint were brought to public and used to make/upgrade robot into reploid so likely she got upgraded or she was already met the requirements XD
vision and Synthezoid are a sub type of reploid sort like the animal type and more humanoid looking one like jenny, Penny and a bit of drive knight etc.
