She usually jogs on Sundays, but she's happy to get some exercise at any time! Julie's not strictly much of a dedicated bodybuilder but she believes it's important to keep her body in decent shape, just like her father would have done...
Due to all the hard work her dad had to do, like repairing what little of a house they had, he had to stay in very good shape. Julie doesn't remember it, but she was fascinated by her dad's shape and was so impressionable that she tried to help him with his work and eat all her vegetables so she could grow up big and strong like her daddy. After being dropped off to the nicest orphanage her parents could find, Julie still did things related to fitness; like running/jumping, swinging across the monkey bars and even balancing on her ears and walking around with them!

Many years later, Julie still has a positive mindset of keeping up the good physical health and she continues to keep her body light, slim and free from anything getting in the way of her movement. With that said, Julie is overall very open to people different body shapes and respects people their personal goals for what kind of choice they want make for their body... though she's very aware of the risks people can make by taking things too far and encourage people to know their limits whenever the subject comes up.
Considering everything she knows about health, personal decisions and how accepted all shapes and sizes are nowadays, if one of her friends ever wanted to make a change one way or the other, they would more than likely have her full support. Maybe with enough convincing, she could be convinced to make a change for herself someday...

Hip in one hand, headband in the other, whether it's a lengthy jog, an average yoga session, a quick glide via helicopter-ears around the city or anything in between, Julie's always ready to get her fitness on! Hey, she might be looking at someone who could join her for the day!

The first drawing in months since the last one in my gallery again, I thought I'd depict a seldom-seen outfit for Julie in my DA gallery. Not that I didn't want to draw it, I actually think it's a great look for her, I just never draw as much as I want to anyway... -n- Anyhoo, the picture here doesn't do the real thing justice, I'm really proud of this picture. c:
