About the orange peel: well, for an orange, yes, it does look a bit too thin. For a tangerine it's fine!

It looks beautiful. There is howewer some critique on a very hich level i'd like to give: the orange is a bit too shiny and the peel should not crinkle too much, it usually sticks more to its former form.

but really this is only a small detail and i'm still stunned by the colouring of the mango. i never get it that way

Hmm... I really like the mango and bananas. Especially the mango. The orange doesn't look as good to me as those. I just peeled a punch of oranges the other day to make candied orange peel, and I would suggest for one to not gloss the orange. Just-peeled oranges are quite dry on the outside, definitely not too shiny. I think your orange peel is a good width, but I would suggest finding a different method for the pith... it just doesn't look like pith to me. Finally, it might be more realistic to have more sections of your orange, and have them less easily defined.
