OMG! Only now I see the islands in the background. If you look well you can see them on the horizon. Left is St.Kitts and Nevis which ook like on big island. Then on the right you can see a big hill with a small one, that St. Austatius aka Statia!

I'm in Halifax on the east coast. It's not as cold here as it is out west. Some of the coldest temperatures this year were in Alberta (I know all about it because I used to live there, it's like -30* to -40*C or colder).

Woah, what a wierd coincidence. A friend of mine bought a sailing boat from Europe and his boat ended up in Halifax because they had to ship it there to avoid some storm on the Atlantic. Anyway, that was a totally random story.

I would have to agree! Although I have to admit that this beach is a notorious location where people do promiscuous things (and it is also a nude beach). So what was I doing here? Just getting this lovely shot!
