Description
Spunky wasn't Looking to good. He stopped eating and drinking, didn't want to move. Took him to the vet after I saw him after he was hiding for days. When the vet did an exam she found a large solid mass in his abdomen, and his line has been known to have cancer. With his condition and the size of it, the vet recommended the best option was to let him go.
We made the arrangements for later in the day, took him home to spend some time with him and say goodbye.
He went peacefully and quickly with me and my sisters petting him. I was holding his head and it just sank onto the table.
We'll get his ashes, and bury part of them with his previous owner, my step-dad Antonio.
