This reminds me distantly of a citylights during the night time, and a road with flickers of streetlamp lights after a rainy evening. Very beautiful and eye capturing. Although this is abstract work, the image of a cityroad was what formed in my mind for just a second. I like the shine-effect and little spots of white, hues of light grey here and there. Beautiful.

Considering the number of digital works here on dA, I must admit that at first glance, I assumed that this might be one. I was pleased to see that the description identified it as an oil on canvas, as is your other Untitled piece I just viewed (I detect a theme here! 
I'm happy to be viewing these effects as created by an actual brush, rather than with digital tools. I enjoy all visual art forms, and it is good for me to pay proper attention to traditional mediums rather than spend all of my time being amazed by what computers enable artists to do. Balance is important.
Happily, I also appreciate the balance in this piece. The softness at foreground stands out against the dark, colder atmosphere of the outer-space-like background. I don't want to assume that this is meant to be in outer space, however. Longer looks give me other ideas. I'll dwell on them...

Some of the digital artists on here are amazing! (I wouldn't know where to start to do what they do) but I'm glad you've started to look at traditional painting and especially thanks for looking at mine! I love working with paint, even though I'm nearly always covered in it.

My mother made sure that I paid at least a certain amount of attention to all art, as I grew up decades ago. I actually favor traditional to digital, still - but the digital work amazes me as well!

My Mum taught me how to draw and my family had an appreciation for art but it wasn't until my kids grew up that I started to paint. I'm also a bit technophobic so I wouldn't know where to start with regards to digital work but some I've seen on here, I think, could be classed as beautiful wall jewellery!! Amazing!
