PSD file, which includes: background box (blue color, you can change to any other), body base, separate eyes layer with tiny eyebrows, separate 2 optional elf and animal ears, body colored tail, additional heart and music note.
follow RULES
you are not allowed to:
-claim the base as your own
-resell the base
-share the base with anyone else after buying

you are allowed to:
-create icons for personal use
-make commissions with this base

you must credit me if you make art or take commission with this base, or use any part of my base in your art (using :dev username: , :icon username: or @ username (without spaces) codes in description of your deviation) I want to see what you do with it, and fav of course :3
you can make only minor changes to the base, but NOT to the point that the original design is unrecognizable.
You may use the base for personal stuff, commissions, requests, trades, etc.
