Glowing tornado from a Great Depth

Bioluminescence. The inner sides of her tails glows with a soft blue light, brighter glow at the ends of the hair. Very ends of the horns and fins are glow too, also have small blue sparkles circling around horns.
My idea - she's a seadweller from a great depth, that's why she glows (as all seadwellers from the depth? O_o)
Glasses. I thought maybe she blind or doesn't even has eyes since she's from the place where is almost no light? Or just a "cool kid" : D I'll leave it up to you. Anyway i can draw her without glasses as an extra.
Sailormoon related. Girl from the depth dreams of the space) Outer horns form the crescent. Inner horns - like a splash from the water.
Hairstyle shape. Resembles two tornadoes. Maybe she has a power to control tornadoes/water whirls?
Tattoos. She has several Sailormoon related tattoos. I'll send them in higher resolution with the adopt.
Heels or flat sole? I'll leave it up to you too c: But her boots are very soft and comfortable like a second skin. Nothing surprising, she swims in them and they should not constrain movement.

Crystalline octopus

Tentacles. She has tentacles growing from the back. My idea was - she is in a kind of strange symbiosis with her Octopus lusus (if her owner will keep her as a troll of course c. Sure her owner can come up with a different backstory for her. Anyway i can customise her and change tentacles color.
She can control them like her own body.
Sea star eye. Her left eye is covered with a small sea star. Is it still exists and why does she hide it? I think i'll leave it up to you c:
Crystals, shells and handmade jewellry. She likes to look for unusual things. And use them as decorations.
Mary Jane shoes. Not the most comfortable shoes for swimming. But when she found them, she could no longer leave them. So you can imagine how she walks on foot on the sea bottom Cx
Crystalline horns. 4 horns. The very ends of her horns was crystallized and have a soft glowing. Why? Well I'll leave it up to you again cx Horns have a shape of an octopus' beak.
Dress. She's a seadweller so she should have violet or fuchsia blood. But her dress does not match her bloodcolor. You know what? I have serious suspicions that she finds it somewhere too.
Hands. Kind of natural pigmentation.
