I love these types of textures which mix some grunge with a photographic background. Would you have any advice on how you blend the 2 together?

lol I was just playing with Filter Forge in Photoshop, sometimes it takes a long time to render the images though. Are there any presets you like to use to help obtain the grunge texture?

no,i just used Filter Forge this texture software, yes,it takes a long time to render the images,If use photoshop, layer mode can achieve a similar picture superimposed effect,or use photoshop brush do an independent grunge texture layer,Perhaps there are other ways, but I don't understand

Thanks sophie There's one filter I like in Filter Forge which helps to generate a grungy texture, it's called Gouache from the Creative category. But often I find the image has to be blurred before for the Gouache filter to work well.
