Description A self portrait.
Wondering how many stories should go on each image. Would love some feedback. <3

I'm doing this project for my senior year of college, this is just a work in progress but the bases of the project is about how we treat other people without thinking so much about what they might be going through. I want this project to be a reflection of both the struggles we face as well as how we might feel and react to other people who are going through difficult times.
If you have a story you would like to share it would mean so much to me if you would send me a photograph of a story hand-written on a blank sheet of paper.

To answer your question my feeling is to express or evoke empathy with your photos it should be one story per image. If someone has had a particularly tough life or string of events a series of photos with the different stories would be more appropriate. The series could be tied together common element, a ribbon, a necklace an item that is personal and unique. I think you have been doing an excellent job with this project. The sober, muted color palette of the photos is fitting for the theme. I don't recall any men being represented in this project and wouldn't want anyone to think that pain and loss are strictly the domain of women.
