Training went so well and Lucy was not able to understand why Cayetty said Steph was not ready for a big event like midsummer.
She was working good, showing her will to please every day and so Lucy got her in the transporter next to three other horses.
Cayette would see what Lucy and Steph were capable of.
The time fly by as they arrived and soon it was time to enter the dressage arena.
Lucy was high on emotions and you could see her horse was also happy to be at the event. Full of energy and the wish to win.
The music started and both started. Left side, right side, and then - Lucy noticed that something was going wrong. Steph seemed to be not concentrated anymore - or was she concentrated too much? Well either the one or another way her moves weren't that clear anymore as they were at home in training.
She heard her mare snorting, feeling she was asking for guidance - seemed she knew that she had to sort her legs once again.
There, the next walking phase - slowly enough to calm down and try a new start.
Oh boy, Lucy said to herself, at least I didn't forget to smile.
Crying and admitting was something she could do at home. Admitting that Cayette had been right, that it had been a to high level for a starter. Bear the laugh from Codo like she laughed at him earlier for not being trained and giving a bad performance…

Bzw, Color wird sie nachm Ritt in Empfang nehmen und ihre Hände dahin legen, wo sie sich nicht hingehören in der Öffentlichkeit xDD
& Wenn sich Lucy den Anschiss bei Cayette abholt, dann wird ihre Verlobte den guten Mann ziemlich böse anfunkeln, obwohl sie weiß, dass er Recht hat^^
