Taken on 25.11.2010 at HBC Playground, SLTricked Shannon to visit HBC Playground so i can "show" her the place (there's a reason i'm looking like bait
). Unfortunately for her i pulled a chaining post and quickly restrained her!

There's a strap behind the patch with a ball in the middle of it.
The strap ends are attached to the middle strap that runs through the cheeks
Essentially the panel gag is ballgag with patch over which muffles most of the sounds and breathing, but also makes the gag more comfortable.
