Calli used blood samples from Jangle this time for Stormy since Jangle is the closest normal breed of devil fox with the closest normal like bloodline of any normal fox. (Which is probably why Scott saw Jangle as a runt)

Gender: female
Species: electric devil fox
Bio: she was created by Calli to be a normal devil fox with relative anatomy as a normal fox. She is still an elemental devil fox but she is the another rare non fire elemental devil fox.
Stormy was captured by Glitchtrap and Phantom Tangle while in cryogenic sleep. Calli and Neon went after them. Glitchtrap opened her sleep capsule and tried to get her to come to him. Stormy was still confused and hesitated trying to make sense of her surroundings. Phantom Tangle grew annoyed and grabbed her then Stormy retaliated back at both with a powerful thunderbolt sending them away.
When Calli and Neon tried to approach her she started to prepare to attack. Calli quickly told her to stop calling her out by her name "Stormy." She stopped then started remember hearing that name a few times when she was in sleep. She went back with them to the lab. Neon however was stunned himself at her power and the magnetic pull he felt when he started to be around her.
Stormy uses the electric feelers on her body to charge electricity, store electricity, release electricity, and sense emotions on others. She can also use the feelers on her head to charge electricity and send electricity through her saber fangs for an electric bite and vise versa throughout her body wherever an electric feeler is located.
