TIME FOR SOME CUTE ART!i was craving some cute stuff for a while =3=
i would love to get back into drawing... but i think i got too lazy ha~
this is a gift for my sister's "late" b-day present OTL
because i couldn't finish her initial one in time.
started out with the concept idea of her own pokemon trainer... but then it turned out super lolita-like...
so it's more like an anime portrait of her xD
