If one were to go see the main protagonist get her ass kicked (happened once literally), this episode was it. Still a great episode though.

Yeah, despite everything that other RWBY Fan Deviants are saying about their predictions for the battle, mostly about Ruby being in danger of Neo's attacks inside the ships corridors, let's not forget that Neo could possibly go after Ruby on the roof of the ship, and if the fight occurs there, both fighters are at risk of being knocked off the ship and falling to their death. Well, if they don't have a landing strategy that is...
But yeah, I'm REALLY hoping Ruby can at least win this fight. And I'm also hoping we get to learn a bit more about Neo, considering Beginning of the End didn't show ANYTHING about her, and we could hopefully hear her actual voice too.

This fight has the potential to be amazing and I would hope it goes the dragon ball route and takes more then one episode to tell. Cinder and the dragon can wait I just want to see these two tear the house down.

Even I can immediately tell it won't go well for Ruby, because, well...Β Yang literally tried to pound her face off earlier in season 2 and we all know how well "that" happened... XD lol
Still, it'll be amusing to watch Ruby fail epicly regardless.

Well, the thing is Yang let her anger cloud her judgement, and after that, it was easy for Neo to predict her movements, plus Neo used her kicks, something Yang is weak to. And also add in the fact that
Yang had been fighting Grimm all that day and the day before, so she was exhausted. Ruby, however, is more levelheaded, and carries an uncommon weapon. I feel that Ruby has a better chance than Yang had.
But that's just me.

Also dodging, something else Yang is weak against.Β Ruby should hold a better chance if she's in the open where she can use her speed and scythe to her advantage.Β In a narrow corridor on the ship, like how it was fought in the train?Β Not so good.

This is going to be an epic battle.Β I just hope Ruby isn't going into danger by fighting inside the narrow corridors of the ship with her scythe.Β It requires a lot of space for her to use.Β Doubly so since she likes to run around during battles.Β Neo could take advantage of that.

Ruby would be forced to fight on top of the ship, but then roman could give neo the advantage anyway from the helm of the ship. either way she would be completely outmatched, but i have faith in roosterteeth's deus ex machinas for plot convenience
