well, my opinion is you had done a good job. and it have the look like suu minazuk drawings manga. good hair, good skin and shadows, an beauty eyes.
maybe chain look too much linear and this simbol over shouder too round, in manga anime SNO angeloid have sometihng like corporal or sergeant military rank. all rest is good.
