Hello Nathan, my first OC with a proper reference sheet!

About:
✽ His full name is very rarely stated. He is usually referred to as Sir/Lord/Mr Foux or simply 'Mayor'. Due to his personality, people also call him Mr. Heartless and Snake Lord behind his back.
✽ Even tough he was born into royalty, he prefers to avoid unnecessary connections with it.
✽ It is a well-known fact that he is nowhere and everywhere, but can be found in his study most of the time.
✽ Despite popular belief, he does change clothes, above is just an example of his usual partially form all attire. (You wouldn't belive - he even dresses casually!)
✽ He is a big fan of fine art, fine food and fine company.
✽ His eyes change colour slightly. At times they lean further towards green, at times they lean further towards amber.
✽ There are more rumours and myths surrounding him than your average unicorn.
✽ He is very selective with friendships and this has led to a belief that he is very manipulative and controlling. However, some of his friends must be mental because they believe that he is fun and wild to hang out with behind the scenes.
✽ The heart-shaped brooch with twin snakes that he uses to pin his scarf/ribbon/tie is an extremely valuable family heirloom.
✽ As opposed to most nobility, he tends to have a high sense of moral responsibility.
✽ It is assumed that the upper statement is one of the myths surrounding him.
