DL on the RightSo, I decided that there wasn't enough Hetalia Chrome Themes out there, so, it's my mission to make one for some of the most popular characters!
First up: North Italy, or Feliciano Vargas as his human name.
Why first? Because everyone loves him, duh.
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Open .zip file and open the CRX file
2. Browse for a file to open it
3. Select Google Chrome, and you're done!

Excuse me, but I downloaded your Japan theme and it worked fine and I was hoping to download this Italy one as well, but this one has to say I can't download because of "Insufficient Permissions," Can you please tell me exactly what this means and why it happens?

if you have google chrome but when selecting a program where do you get it from when you hit browse

Well... Its easy if you have chrome on your desktop, so when you hit browse you can just click desktop, and then Google Chrome.
