This is my Madoka Magica OC.
I had to... I love the show's style.
So.
Her name is Ayano / Chiyoko.
It means "my design / child of 1000 generations".
She's pretty tall for her age.
Chiyoko is most often stubborn, but then goes back and accepts things, frustrated that her actions were proven wrong.

STORY OF AYANO CHIYOKO

Chiyoko is in Middle school, the 7th grade. Chiyoko has been a Puella Magi since she was 9, but she still has not perfected anything.
Her mother had Chiyoko when she was very young. She was also a Puella Magi, and her soul gem died out when Chiyoko was only 2. Chiyoko's father had known about this, but never told her why she no longer had a mother. Chiyoko never asked, either. She wasn't even sure if she was dead.

Kyubey showed up on her desk in school.
She hesitated to contract, like Madoka and Sayaka did.
Chiyoko woke up the next morning, not sure if Kyubey was still with her, sat up, and said to him anyway, "My wish.... is to know where my mother has been all this time."
In a split second, Chiyoko had her glimmering green soul gem in her very own hands.

She had snuck out of the house that morning with Kyubey, to have her wish fulfilled. She hadn't known Kyubey was taking her to a witch's lair.

Her father had followed her, sneaking out in her suspicios mahou shoujo outfit; he had recognized it. It was almost the same as her mother's. He was still incapable of seeing kyubey.
He hesitated, but when Chiyoko and Kyubey entered the witch's space, Chiyoko's father was voluntarily sucked in as well.

There, in front of Kyubey, Chiyoko, and her father, stood the most vicious witch of massive despair.
Chiyoko's mother, Ayano Hiromi.

Chiyoko's mother's wish for becoming a Puella Magi was of equal hope as her death was of despair; to bring back her miscarriaged child, Ayano Chiyoko.

Her father attempted to call out to Hiromi through tears and fear. As Chiyoko was a newborn Puella Magi, Hiromi violently snatched up her husband and he was gone. Chiyoko was alone because of her own wish.
