The thing is Ditzy Doo woke up first and is staring at her daughter and thinking how lucky she is of having her, even though we don't know anything about the father. Canon wise obviously. I've read a fan fiction which is marvelous about a possible "where is my father" story and I loved it. You can check it out here, it's a trilogy: [link] <---- it's awesome n.n

Also, if you notice Ditzy, has normal eyes on this one, I think that since she is looking at her precious child, her lazy eye, well.. reacts and works fine. I want to look at this as a motherly nature, and love for her children reaction which fixes her eye for some time..... to cheesy? xD
