Okay. So, the first thing that came out of my mouth when I saw the thumbnail picture in my Deviation alerts, was "oooh!".
I had quite a few eye catching pictures. But, what I liked about yours, was the motion. The bit of blur, which makes you focus on the subject for longer because it's eye-catching and you need to really look at it for the detail.
However, I think that because everything is so soft and motional, I feel like the bloodstain in the bottom right corner is a bit of a clash. I think that if it here a bit softer, even just a little, and slightly more textured, it would be better.
But I still like it, over all.
