Wow, non male! Noto anche che gli effetti moirè sono più o meno spariti. Una cosa che forse dovresti fare è mettere un po' di tratteggio sotto la manica sinistra della camicia per rendere un po' di ombra. Bel lavoro comunque!

si l'effetto moirè ho capito come regolarlo, anche con la sovrapposizione dei retini si ha comunque un effetto di trama "diverso", a seconda delle angolazioni escono fuori i moirè o l'effetto della vignetta che ho postato questa volta, appunto XD
Per il tratteggio, è una scelta stilistica, non lo uso moltissimo e sostituisco l'effetto ombra con i retini più che altro, o con campiture nette, in questo caso si, avrei dovuto magari aggiungere un retino per l'ombra, grazie del consiglio, non l'avevo notato!

Figurati! Comunque, sì be', alla fine il consiglio era di mettere un po' d'ombra, magari non necessariamente col tratteggio. A proposito, forse ce ne vorrebbe un po' anche sotto la manica destra, visto che è più in ombra rispetto all'altra.

manual screentones are really expensive, that's why I use digital screentones XD

yeah, the era of manual screen tones is over! I swear I spent almost 10 dollars on just one page. Oh hell no. So how do you use them digitally? I'm interested to know!

Well, I use a specific program to do that, which is MangaStudio, it's a little complicated at first, but then it makes you go really fast with screentones
Moreover, I could use just Photoshop in the end, it's the same...

VERY VERY INTERESTING.. Manga Studio you say? Honestly which do you prefer, that or photoshop? Cause It sounds like mangastudio might be more useful specifically for manga. I'll DL it immediately if it's really worth it, cause my interest is EXTREMELY peaked from just hearing about that program.
Still, if it and photoshop are exactly the same, then what's the point?
I'm sure there has to be something that seperates the 2.

Well, I'll tell you what: I suggest you Manga studio.
But at first it's really complicated, you will have to waste many days to learn how to use it correctly.
Manga Studio is more useful specifically for Manga, that's right, and it helps you with printing in manga size and layout too.
Photoshop is very simpler, but you need to download thousands of screentones aside and, for each of them, you have to copy&
In manga studio instead you have thousands included screentones with thousands tools to apply them correctly and faster

Well then it does sound more with it to just go ahead and DL manga studio and learn it. I thought there was a difference between the 2, and what you explained to me makes perfect sense lol. Plus I REALLY like the fact that it applies the tones (which it has plenty of :boogie) correctly, instead of the whole layer system on photoshop. Now I'm excited! Thanks for the reference.

ultimamente me lo dicono in molti!
In realtà Obata non è mai stato uno dei miei riferimenti, l'unico autore a cui in passato mi sono accostato, ricopiandone lo stile è Inoue, tuttavia lo stile di Obata mi ha sempre attratto e inconsciamente forse ne sto acquisendo alcuni tratti XD

I am not kidding I would like to read your comic when it is finished. There is something we say in American Comics, "You need no words to tell a story. Let the the pictures do the talking." Looks like you are on that path.
