nah im usin mspaint so it be easier, besides it'll help me learn to shade in mspaint more xD

other than MS Paint, i got SAI, it has a tool that's actually like the pencil tool in mspaint o;

SAI is good since it has layers. You can set the lineart to multiply and then just color underneath it.

quick question... i sort of like the somewhat bitmappy texture of the original blacks and how it all came out BLACK and not black with gray. how did you get that?

This was done in oekaki Shi Painter with the pencil tool. I'm pretty sure all other art programs have a tool like it.
MS Paint has pencil like in oekaki. The disadvantage to paint is not having layers like oekaki does.
In Photoshop you have to right click the brush icon to select pencil instead of brush.
I think in Paint Tool Sai it is called binary.
