Beautiful photo! I really like the soft yet vibrant color tones. You can't help but get a cold feeling when you look at this.

The lighting is amazing as well. Sunsets tend to be so gorgeous for scenes like this, well done!

No, I'd rather call it semi HDR .

I took 2 pictures, 1 with exposure for the sky, 1 with exposure for the foreground, and then combined them using Layers.
I then added the HDR-like-effect using HDR Tonemapping in Photoshop just to pull out some details in the stones, but I haven't merged them to a HDR file.
