I like how you focus on the expression of the queen of hearts. A lot of meaning could be put into your choice. Perhaps being the queen of hearts isn't as rosey and fun as her title would have you believe?
The focus is clear, with vivid well contrasting colours. It draws the viewer's eye in, makes you consider your choice of card while leaving the background clear enough to add in more wonder and imagination

Yes - I put focus on the eyes of the queen on the card, because I've always wondered why they look so sad .
