Biography:
Born of a relatively large roaming tribe, she had become accustomed at a young age to not growing attached to her surroundings, let alone the people around her. Of course the core group of her family, as well as some of her friends continued from location to location, the tribe leaving one temperate area for another as the seasons changed or the weather grew foul. Coming across other tribes however, when friendly, they may have gained a few tribe members, or lost a few, nobody ever seemed to keep a strict count. It was relaxed, fluid, a dynamic they were all quite comfortable with. Or for Kié, this was true up until a point.

She couldn't quite remember what triggered her first desperate romance, but quite suddenly she found herself head over hooves after a handsome tribesman, a young buck from her childhood. For a few months things remained sweet between them, though as his attentions shifted and he broke away to join a new tribe, she found herself, well...discontent. Stomping and seething and pleading and sobbing, she had been sure he was the one, with all her body, soul, and mind, and now he had left? The others found her successive outbursts strange and unbecoming, a level of upset over another's leaving being quite odd indeed, but over time she simmered and the cards reshuffled to be played again quite similarly. Another romance, another sweet lift to a sour fall. Repeat at nauseum.

Perhaps she'd grown used to it, or maybe she barely even noticed the shifts from loathing to loving, but her personality had seemingly taken a turn for the worse in her family's eyes. Thus, when her letter arrived, they encouraged her strongly to accept. She of course was interested for a change of pace from the now distasteful lack of stability, happily agreeing to the invitation. The potion understandably complicated matters, and with tensions already high (and growing higher by the minute) she stayed behind as the tribe moved on, holing up on her own until the fits of rage and agony passed her by.

While she does regret leaving her parents on such a sour note, she has a new outlook on life! And new wings! And a cute uniform! Nothing can go wrong!!!
