I really like the hair and face! The scarf/bandana is a nice addition to the outfit
As for behind that scarf, it seems like her head or neck must be very long... Overall anatomy seems to be something you could practice, unless you were aiming for this style deliberately. The shoulders also look too wide--usually they are drawn backwards a bit when the hands go behind the back. And tell me: were you avoiding drawing the hands?

Yeah, I don't feel good about doing hands. I've drawn some before, after looking at how Mark Crilley does it, and I did that lightning girl one, but since that I don't really do them that often. Why do you ask?

Because I hate drawing hands, and have tried every possible pose to hide them
