Eligos aka Abigor was a Grand Duke of Hell commanding 60 legions of spirits. He grants favor in court cases and legal affairs, attracts business and financial success.He creates love and lust and causes war and marshalls armies.
He discovers hidden things.
Most of the Goetic Demons were in fact old Gods that predated Christianity and Judaism. They date back to ancient Egypt and Sumerian empires. As history has documented that in order to supplant the pagan religions, christians killed pagans and built churches over pagan worship grounds, it is not a stretch of knowledge to gain the conclusion that those Gods were demonised and a lot of story book stories made to scare people, to discourage worship.
