The reason why I added you to my devWatch was because of your great talent to capture photos depicting details, amazing details, always under blurred lights. It's a combination that calls to my attention every time, captured with talent and sensivity and this work continues to prove it.

But there is something intriguing in it. Confusing if I may add. I fight to be able to read this picture. The title and description calls for it ("Still Dreaming"... "the Day Dreamer"...) but it's not easy and the big square is what makes it difficult in my point of view.

It appears to be part of a chair but I'm not sure. The composition of the photo is a bit strange due to that. My attention therefore fights to understand which one of the elements is the key in the photo or if they both are. From the category it is in, you don't consider it to be abstract but the way the photo is composed it does look so.

The close distance doesn't allow the viewer to understand the situation in this photo and to guess the place of the objects in space.

I can see the flowers, what looks to be a chair and the ethereal colours... Reading your title and description you're making the viewer fight for meaning. Forcing him to read the picture beyond the visually obvious. Because this photo is not obvious and for that matter it is more of an abstract work rather than a "flowers & plants" photograph.

It intrigues me.

Apart from that, the talent is always present.

One of the most thought through and reflect comments on an artwork i have ever seen, period.

I think I find your "natural" versions more satisfying.

Wow. I really wish I had word to describe how beautiful this piece is to me. It stands out so much from all your other works. I think the bright pinkish bokeh against the pale tones and the softness of the flowers and background is simply stunning. So so so amazing to me.

the ceramic pot the flowers are in takes my attention from them, but mostly because the line is incilned. Probably making it straight will make the picture look better.
Apart from that, I love it!

I love the color contrast, and since I don't have a subscription, I would have to critique you on a comment if you don't mind.

The only suggestion I would make is if you could crop the solid part in front more because when I first viewed it, my eyes crawled over that instantly, and then it capture the red lights, and then the flowers.

I don't know, but if you can make the blue flowers a little brighter to catch the attention there instead of the solid part, it could make the picture more attractive.

But everything else is very lovely, I cannot make things look that sharp still on my photography. Good job.

i love the softness of the light and the flowers sitting upon the hard, smooth ceramic. it creates a wonderful effect. also, the darkness contrasts very vell with the warmth glow of the lights in the background. well done!

Flowers are cold and dark compared to their surroundings. Gives me the impression they're at a grave site, a notion reinforced by the smooth white ceramic they appear to be resting upon.
