hi sorry to tell you this but. your rules indicate that the 'owner' doesnt own the character at all.
once theyre sold, your no longer have any control over them.
you can ask people to do things but the dont have to listen.
also why post all the ones you claimed?

Firstly... All I ask is that they don't be resold because then whats stopping people from buying my adopts and then making profit out of them? I think that's unfair. And the other thing I ask is that they are kept recognizable because I personally don't see a point in changing an adopt drastically because the person loses their money and the original design never gets used. If they are gonna change a design THAT drastically, they can just make it themselves. I really would not care if someone made a design inspired by mine as long as they are different enough to be their own character.
Secondly, I post them because I make the batch as is. All 30. So taking them out would be a hassle, plus, I keep some AFTER the batch has been posted as well. That is why.
My rules used to be more strict. And I have seen stricter rules like "You must draw the character within 3 months of buying or they get taken away". I have seen rules like that.

Yes. I have. I already told you that I have seen people say things like character must be drawn within a time limit. You can't change gender or species. I've even seen people say that you can't change the CLOTHES. MOST people I have seen have the kinda rules I do. So I am not seeing the problem???

Well actually, I changed my rules after someone who also studies law talked to me about it. I showed them my new rules and they said it was fine. I haven't changed them since, except to add the whole TH thing.
