What program are you using? It doesn't look bad.. if you're using photoshop just remember to use layers They're your friend ^^

I don't really know PSP.. but it's pretty similar to Photoshop.. check out [link] .. that's where I've gotten most of my techs from

My main problem is getting my image on a layer where I can paint above it but *still* see the lines of the sketch....I don't know how to do that T___T

aah.. what you have to do is lower the opacity.. like I said, I'm not too familiar with PSP, but there should be away to make the paint more transparent.
