nope i edited it but i'm working on one though it's creepy im doing it on MS paint a mello one that is and i kinda made the colours more visible that is all but original picture belongs to the owner

But the FAQ of DeviantART actually states that you can't edit and post pre-existing work if you don't have the original artists permission.
Usually people who do that can get reported and banned/suspended for art theft, but you sound like you sincerely didn't mean it, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. There are others out there though who don't really ask at first and will just report.
Its up to you what you do with it, I'm just glad that you told the truth. Most people usually lie about it. ^^
