Ok, so I don't like the idea that the amalgams were made by Servantis. In my continuity, I thought I'd make it so the Rooters are actually Kevin's aliens from the reboot. Servantis deemed the project a failure because the rooters were all criminals, and they were too much to control. Hot Shot being a cross between a Pyronite and a Pturbosaurian.
