So once again nearing the yearly milestones of me coming up with the designs of a few of my characters, Raum actually ended up being next! His updated design was done last November, and all things considered it's never been all too different from your normal Hisuian Decidueye aside from the darker wing colors -- and the hair and ears he's had without his hat.

Which no issue there, but you could say after I drew up his Dartrix form a while ago, I was hit with the urge to really connect the two together, eventually leading to this redesign with white wings!

Suffice to say its a relatively minor change, but I can't say I'm not over the moon with how something so small can lead to such a shift with his vibe. Few other notes include the design of the cloak's 'tie' being directly lifted from his Dartrix evolution, and the taloned hands he's got which I'd always envisioned better fitting his character.

And no, he's not ditching the hat or anything, I just wanted to show off his ears x3
